The classic V-neck sweater: a cleanly ribbed V neckline that lies flat and shows a shirt or polo underneath if you like, and looks just as good without anything. No logos, no patterns. Dark blue is the color that goes with everything and never gets in the way under a blazer and coat.
Knitted in 18 gauge from pure merino wool. That is a very fine gauge: the knit is thin, smooth and soft, adds hardly any bulk and still keeps you warm. So it slips easily under a blazer without tightness at the arm.
Long sleeves with narrow ribbed cuffs and a slightly wider rib at the hem. This way the sweater keeps its line, even after many washes.
Material: 100% merino wool, 18 gauge. Gentle cycle at 30 degrees or hand wash, dry flat. Fit: regular. Sizes 48 to 58.
